I agree. Niche website ideas are all around us. Many beginners get stuck on Clickbank products, when really just about anything and everything around us is a potential niche.

I like to find people who have problems that they need help with.

Try typing “Get rid of” into Google. As you are typing, Google will suggest other terms with those words. Each of those is a great business idea.

Hola reimagen efectivamente el día 03/06/2010 comenzó la actualización por parte de Google “PageRank” pero no precisamente penalizaciones si no de la mano la calificación o blog y sitios web, si a bien tienes y consideras mantener este comentario dejo link (http://vepzone.blogspot.com/2010/06/confirmado-el-pagerank.html) al post que publique con respecto a ello, por cierto eres el segundo (webmaster) en publicarlo desde el día “0″ que comenzó el ajuste, saludos cordiales.
